In addition to acting as an arbitrator for FINRA and the Nevada Supreme Court Annexed Arbitration Program, Brent D. Huntley offers his services as a private arbitrator or mediator. Special pricing available for some circumstances.
Mediation
Through mediation, Mr. Huntley will work with all parties of a dispute to understand their strengths and weaknesses and the potential outcomes of litigation and to help them reach a resolution that all parties can be content with to avoid the time and expense of further legal action.
Cost: Half Day: $850
Full Day: $1490
Additional: $250/hr
