About Huntley Law
Brent D. Huntley grew up in small business, working for or helping with various family businesses owned by his parents and siblings from the age of 10. He still provides counsel and assistance to some of those businesses. With a desire to continue in business, but not be an entrepreneur, Mr. Huntley went to law school and began working at a regional firm’s Las Vegas office. After 8 years of working with businesses and labor unions, Mr. Huntley decided to venture out and start Huntley Law with the goal of providing more dedicated service at a better value than is possible at a larger firm.
Today, Huntley Law represents hundreds of small businesses and individuals and several law enforcement unions with nearly all their legal needs. Mr. Huntley has carefully built a team with the same values and dedication he possesses to always keep the best interest of the client as the main objective.
Growing up in business, Mr. Huntley learned that attorneys were a necessary evil. He heard the frequent complaints about attorneys not returning phone calls, attorneys who failed to keep their clients in the loop, and the attorney bills littered with charges for menial phone calls and inconsequential work. Because of that, Huntley Law takes a different approach, striving to understand what the client actually wants and finding a way to accomplish that as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible, with the goal to place the client in the best position rather than rack up unnecessarily costly bills.

Brent D. Huntley
Brent D. Huntley began his legal practice in Las Vegas in 2011, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuban Clark Law School. At BYU, he was a member of the Moot Court Team and an editor for the Journal of Public Law. He also attended Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, where he studied international business law. He spent 8 years at a regional firm, where he practiced in the areas of civil litigation, labor and employment, business, construction, and intellectual property. In 2019, Mr. Huntley started Huntley Law with the goal of providing better service and value to his loyal clients. The word of his dedication, fairness, and efficiency spread quickly and forced him to expand his team to better serve his clients.
Mr. Huntley loves spending time with his family, especially traveling the world. He and his wife, Mallory, have been to over 30 countries together, always taking their 3 beautiful children with them. He is also active in his church and community.

Wendy K. Angulo
Wendy Angulo is a Nevada licensed attorney who has gained experience in a broad range of practice areas. Mrs. Angulo graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2014. She received her BA degree from Brigham Young University. During law school she completed courses in every area of intellectual property and went on to serve as an extern at the Federal District Court for the Honorable Judge Gloria Navarro while she oversaw a pilot program for handling all patent cases. Additionally, Wendy has been dedicated to serving the community through Pro Bono work and by participating in a service program for the Nevada Immigration Resource Project where she helped members of the Hispanic community better understand their rights concerning immigration and deportation. Areas of law in which she has experience include: insurance defense, employment law, family law, civil litigation, antitrust, compliance, and business formation. Mrs. Angulo also speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Tuala Rusk
Tuala Rusk, of Teez Paralegal, is a talented paralegal with decades of experience in just about every field of law. Mr. Huntley first worked with Mrs. Rusk as a new attorney in Las Vegas. She eventually went to work in her hometown in Hawaii before returning to Las Vegas. When Mr. Huntley was adding a paralegal to Huntley Law, Mrs. Rusk was his first choice as a trusted and extremely-skilled paralegal.
